Tyra is originally from Fort Morgan, CO and moved to Fort Collins in 2000. She worked in the human medical field as a Lead Certified Nurses Aid (CNA) for 10 years before changing gears and entering the Veterinary Technician program at Front Range Community College in 2019. Her dream job is to work with large animals as a veterinary technician.

She currently lives in Pierce, CO with her Husband, Brandon. Her four legged family members include Rosco “P. Coltrane”, their GSP and her 2 rabbits, “Hobo Marie” and “Copper-Lee”. Tyra enjoys spending time and working on her friend’s ranch, as well as camping, photography, reading, fishing --- ANYTHING, REALLY that involves being outdoors.
